1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Certified Memorabilia. By creating an account you confirm your age and that you have authority to enter into binding transactions.

2. Nature of the service

Certified Memorabilia operates a timed exclusive sale format with paid participation rights. This is not a raffle, sweepstakes, or gambling product. Mystery entries grant a randomly assigned promotional discount; the discount is a marketing bonus, not a prize of chance.

3. Entries and discounts

Entry purchases grant participation rights and apply toward a personal stacked discount. Entries are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Final sale

The first eligible participant to click Buy-It-Now during a live auction at their personal price wins the item. Payment is processed via Stripe. Free shipping is included on all won items.

5. Consignment

Many items are sold on consignment. Certified Memorabilia acts as the listing platform and authenticator of record.

6. Limitation of liability

Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certified Memorabilia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
