Every auction has a capped number of entries — exclusive by design. Standard entries are $30, Mystery entries are $60. Your first entry grants live access; additional entries stack your personal discount.
2. Mystery entries unlock bonus discounts
Mystery entries reveal a bonus discount between $50 and $250 when the live auction starts. The distribution favors the middle of the range for fairness.
3. The live race begins
Once spots fill (or admin activates), we email everyone the exact live time. At go-time, the price starts at appraised value and descends every minute. Only participants can see and use Buy-It-Now.
4. First click at your number wins
Your Buy-It-Now button shows your personal price (current price minus your stacked discount). First valid click wins. The auction ends instantly.
