Auction Rules

Entries

• Standard entry — $30. Grants live participation and contributes a base personal discount.
• Mystery entry — $60. Grants live participation and a bonus discount between $50 and $250, revealed at live auction start. Distribution favors mid-range values.
• Per-user cap: 30 entries per auction.
• Entries are non-refundable except where required by law.

Auction lifecycle

1. Filling. Spots are sold until the limited pool fills (or admin activates the live date).
2. Notification. All participants receive the exact live date and time by email.
3. Live race. Mystery discounts are revealed; the price starts at appraised value and decreases every minute by the configured drop amount until it hits the floor.
4. Buy-It-Now. The first eligible participant to click at their personal price wins. Auction ends instantly.

Fees

No buyer fees. No closing costs. Free shipping on every win. Platform revenue comes from entry fees and, where applicable, a consignor split disclosed to consignors.
